2.Drop off at the terminal
Bring your parcel to the origin bus terminal and pay in cash. Hand it to an agent at the counter, or give it directly to the bus conductor — both options are secure and fully tracked.
3.It rides the bus
The conductor scans your parcel as it's loaded onto the bus. From that moment its status is In Transit and you can follow it with your tracking code.
4.Arrival & notification
At the destination terminal the parcel is scanned off the bus and posted for pickup. The recipient is automatically notified by email with a 6-digit pickup PIN.
5.PIN-secured pickup
The recipient shows their 6-digit PIN at the destination terminal and the parcel is released. No PIN, no pickup — only the intended recipient can collect it.

Do I need an agent to send a parcel?
No — an agent is not necessary. You can hand your registered parcel directly to the bus conductor, who scans it onto the bus, and it is tracked exactly the same way. Using an agent adds an extra layer of security because the parcel is inspected and formally logged at the terminal before it boards, which we recommend for valuable items.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Pricing is based on the parcel's weight and the distance between the origin and destination terminals. You see the exact price as an instant quote when you register the parcel online, before you commit to anything.
How do I track my parcel?
Every parcel gets a tracking code in the format PCL-XXXX-XX when you register it. Enter that code on our tracking page to see its live status — from drop-off, to in transit on the bus, to ready for pickup.
How does the recipient collect the parcel?
When the parcel arrives and is posted for pickup, the recipient is automatically notified by email with a 6-digit PIN. They present that PIN at the destination terminal and the parcel is released to them. The parcel cannot be released without the correct PIN.
How do I pay?
You pay in cash at the origin terminal when you drop off the parcel. Registering online is free — payment happens at drop-off.
What happens if a parcel isn't picked up?
Unclaimed parcels are held at the destination terminal. If needed, the bus company can arrange for the parcel to be returned to the sender or cancelled — contact the terminal or the company for assistance.
